Junior forward Gabe Brown and assistant coach Dane Fife have reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss Thursday’s game at Rutgers.
Michigan State basketball head coach Tom Izzo revealed that both Brown and Fife tested positive last week. The Spartans returned to the court for their first full team practice in a few weeks on Tuesday, and are still on track to play their first game in nearly three weeks on Thursday.

Dane Fife is the MSU assistant coach who tested positive for COVID-19. He's been experiencing only mild symptoms.

Izzo said Michigan State is still planning on playing on Thursday vs. Rutgers, but will be down to 11-12 players. We know Brown will be on the of the Spartans missing the game.
