Future Auburn pitcher receives invite to MLB All-American Game

One of Auburn’s top 2024 commits will get the chance to pitch on the big stage next month.

[autotag]Jackson Sanders[/autotag], a pitcher committed to the Auburn Tigers in the class of 2024, will be participating in the MLB All-America Game.

In an article written by the Valley Times-News written by Pacey Strickland, Sanders describes what the honor means to him.

“It means a lot to be selected as one of these kids to compete in this all-star game,” Sanders said. “It’s a really great honor. Just grateful for all the work I’ve been putting in and it coming to reality.”

The Opelika, Alabama native attends Valley High School and plays in the outfield in addition to his work on the mound.

The game is set for July 7th at 4:30 p.m. CT and will be live-streamed on MLB.com.
