Full Penn State women’s basketball schedule for 2024-25

Here is the full regular season schedule for the Penn State women’s basketball 2024-25 season.

Penn State women’s basketball is coming off a positive 2023-24 campaign that saw the most wins by the program in a decade. Now the question is if that momentum from last season can carry over to the 2024-25 season in Happy Valley for the Lady Lions.

Carolyn Kieger enters her sixth season as the head coach of the Lady Lions and there ahs been steady signs of improvement ever since her arrival from Marquette. The Lady Lions have increased their win total each season under Kieger by going from a seven-win program in her first season in charge to a 22-win season last year that ended in the WBIT Final Four.

Penn State underwent a number of changes to the roster in the offseason. One of the returning players expected to play a key role on the team will be Moriah Murray, who could be the team’s top three-point shooter. Guard Alli Campbell is also back for another season in Happy Valley and will provide a valuable voice of experience and leadership to the changing roster.

One of the new faces joining the program by way of the transfer portal will be Gracie Merkle. Merkle comes to Penn State from Bellarmine in the ASUN and will provide some height on the floor for the Lady Lions (she measures 6′-6″).
