The Philadelphia 76ers have been dealing with a lot of adversity on this 5-game road trip. The Sixers are 0-4 and are looking to finish the trip on Thursday when they take on the Utah Jazz.
The Sixers will once again be short-handed against the Jazz. Joel Embiid is out for this contest due to a left knee injury. He will receive further evaluation moving forward as the Sixers figure out how long he will be out.
De’Anthony Melton (lumbar spine stress response) and Robert Covington (left knee bone bruise) remain out for this contest as well.
Tyrese Maxey (left ankle sprain) and Nic Batum (left hamstring tightness) are listed as questionable. Coach Nick Nurse mentioned that the Sixers hope to have Maxey return against the Jazz.

With Embiid already out, the Sixes will at least be looking to salvage a game on this trip. A Maxey return would help in that regard as Philadelphia looks to halt a season-long 4-game losing skid.
Tip off from the Delta Center is set for 10 p.m. EST.
