The Philadelphia 76ers continue their four-game road trip on Friday when they head to Southern California to take on the Los Angeles Lakers. The Sixers look to bounce back after a tough loss to the Phoenix Suns to begin the trip.
Once again, the Sixers will have to fight through injury adversity. Joel Embiid (left knee meniscus procedure), De’Anthony Melton (lumbar spine bone stress) and Robert Covington (left knee bone bruise) are out. Philadelphia will continue to rely on others to step up.
Tobias Harris, who has missed the previous three games, is listed as questionable due to a right ankle sprain. If Harris can’t go, Nic Batum will continue to get the minutes in his place.
Injury report for tomorrow against the Lakers:
OUT: Joel Embiid (left knee meniscus procedure), De’Anthony Melton (lumbar spine bone stress), Robert Covington (left knee bone bruise)
