The Philadelphia 76ers will take on the Washington Wizards on Monday at home looking to build on their current 2-game winning streak. The Sixers have been playing well on the season and are 14-7 on the season.
As they head into the matchup with the Wizards, this will be the second contest between these two teams over the previous week. These teams met at Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. on Dec. 6 and the Sixers prevailed thanks to 50 points from Joe Embiid.
The big fella suffered a bit of a knee injury in Friday’s win over the Atlanta Hawks. He practiced on Sunday, but the Sixers have officially listed Embiid as questionable for the contest due to left knee soreness.

No other Sixer is on the injury report besides the three two-way players who are out on assignment with the Delaware Blue Coats.
If Embiid can’t go on Monday, then one has to assume the Sixers will turn to one of Marcus Morris Sr., Paul Reed, and Mo Bamba to take over and hold down the fort.
