The Philadelphia 76ers will take on the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday to wrap up a two-game road trip, and they will once again rely on others to step up and produce to pick up a win.
The Sixers will be without Joel Embiid (left knee meniscus), Robert Covington (left knee bone bruise) and De’Anthony Melton (lumbar spine bone stress).
The Sixers announced before the trip that Melton would miss both road games. When Philadelphia returns home on Wednesday to host the Memphis Grizzlies, one has to wonder about his status for that contest.
Cam Payne, who missed Sunday’s win over the Dallas Mavericks with an illness, is listed as questionable against the Nets due to the illness.
