The countdown begins for Florida football’s road match with the Missouri Tigers on Saturday — a game with significant implications on the Gators’ postseason hopes as well as head coach Dan Mullen‘s job. Both teams find themselves SEC bottom-dwellers late in the regular season looking to scrape for whatever they can get before the schedule runs out.
While UF came into the season with CFP aspirations, that has all come crumbling down… and then some. Florida’s roster is such that one would not expect to have trouble in handling this season’s Mizzou crew in a perfect vacuum, but of course, this season has been anything but. Still, the oddsmakers seem to think the Orange and Blue will pull this one off.
According to the Tipico Sportsbook, the Gators are still favored by 9.5 points over the Tigers, with the over-under remaining at 69.5 points. Florida’s moneyline stays set at -320 while Missouri’s is at +250 as of 9 a.m. EST Friday.
Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. EST on Saturday in Memorial Stadium at Faurot Field in Columbia, Missouri. The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network, livestreamed on the ESPN app and can be heard on the Gators Radio Network.
