Francis Ngannou posts video of first career knockout, and it’s as brutal as expected

It set the tone for what was to come later in the UFC.

[autotag]Francis Ngannou[/autotag] has been able to show off his power in his MMA career, developing a reputation as the scariest man in the heavyweight division.

The Cameroonian-French powerhouse entered the UFC with only six fights under his belt, with all five of his wins coming by finish.

In his third pro fight, Ngannou (15-3 MMA, 10-2 UFC) faced Bilal Tahtahi, and let’s just say he pretty much took his head off. He threw an overhand right that almost sent his opponent outside of the ring, knocking him out cold.

In a throwback clip you can watch below, Ngannou took to Twitter to post the devastating finish.

Since then, Ngannou has entertained us with numerous spectacular finishes, including his infamous uppercut knockout over Alistair Overeem.

“The Predator” has won his last four in a row by first-round knockout. He most recently added Jairzinho Rozenstruik to his highlight-reel, taking him out in just 20 seconds at UFC 249.

Ngannou’s latest pursuit has been UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, who brought the matchup to life on social media, but according to Jones, the fight is no longer on the table after the UFC denied him a pay increase.
