Many of the talking heads of college football have been releasing their personal polls on social media, giving the public a glimpse at some varying opinions when it comes to ranking teams in this coronavirus-altered fall season.
Joe Klatt, a college football and NFL draft analyst at FOX Sports, offered his take on Twitter Sunday morning after Week 3 had completed play with his top-10 rankings. His picks were generally conservative, though he is a little bit higher on the Florida Gators than others, placing UF fifth in the nation before the beginning of Southeastern Conference play next weekend.
The Clemson Tigers are in first place — as they tend to be in every single poll out there — followed by the Ohio State Buckeyes, Alabama Crimson Tide, Oklahoma Sooners and the Gators in the top half of the order. The Georgia Bulldogs land sixth, with the Penn State Nittany Lions, Texas Longhorns, LSU Tigers and Notre Dame Fighting Irish rounding out the top-10, giving the SEC four of Klatt’s top picks.
