When the Texas Longhorns travel to the Big House to face the Michigan Wolverines, Fox Big Noon Kickoff will be on hand. Now we know that, in addition to Michigan fan Derek Jeter, noted Texas fan and “Minister of Culture” Matthew McConaughey join the crew.

Of course McConaughey is a regular fixture on the sideline at Longhorns games dating back to the Vince Young era. The film star graduated from Texas 1993.
In 2019 McConaughey officially became a professor of practice for the Radio-Television-Film Department in the Moody College of Communication at UT. He had served as a visiting instructor since 2015.
