Four-star WR Andrew Marsh cancels Washington official visit

One of the nation’s top 100 prospects appears to have canceled his official visit to Washington.

The Washington Huskies are in the running for some of the nation’s top wide receivers but appear to be out of the race for four-star pass catcher Andrew Marsh. The product of Katy Jordan High School in Texas released an updated official visit list through 247Sports which no longer includes Jedd Fisch’s Huskies.

Marsh, ranked as the nation’s No. 10 wide receiver and No. 67 overall player by 247Sports is now set to visit Penn State on Friday instead of Washington, and will also take trips to USC, Texas, Kentucky, and Oklahoma over the next four weeks.

Wide receivers coach Kevin Cummings has done an impressive job building relationships with some of the nation’s top prospects, including Marsh, and is still looking to add two more players at the position to the 2025 class.

He earned a commitment from three-star Raiden Vines-Bright and is hosting two talented pass catchers for their official visits this weekend, in four-stars Chris Lawson and Phillip Bell. Cummings also brought in Vines-Bright’s four-star IMG Academy teammate Donovan Olugbode in for a visit during the spring game.

Cummings inherited the impossible task of rebuilding a wide receivers room that saw three players selected inside the top 100 of the 2024 NFL draft, but he has done an admirable job so far, and is looking to continue that success on the recruiting trail.
