Four-star shooting guard sets official visit to UNC basketball program for Fall

Here is when a big four-star recruiting target will visit the UNC basketball program this fall.

It’s shaping up to not only be a busy Fall for Hubert Davis and the North Carolina Tar Heels but an important one as well.

Another recruit has set an official visit to the program for September, adding the Tar Heels to his list of visits during the Fall. Per Peegs.com, the 247Sports Indiana site, four-star shooting guard Braylon Mullins will be on UNC’s campus the weekend of September 14th.

Mullins has a few visits set up for the Fall already as he’s set to head to UConn (Aug 1), Michigan (Sept. 7), Indiana (Sept. 21), and Tennessee (Oct. 19) for official visits. He will also unofficially visit Kentucky, Purdue and Ohio State per Peegs.com.

Mullins earned an offer from North Carolina a few weeks back after Davis and his staff watched him on the AAU circuit. The 2025 prospect is a Greenfield, Indiana native who has 30 offers in his recruitment. He’s also a player who has seen his stock climb and with that, the interest has been there from multiple programs.

The 6-foot-5, 180-pound Mullins is ranked No. 24 nationally, No. 5 shooting guard and No. 3 player in the state of Indiana per the 247Sports recruiting rankings for the 2025 class.

Earlier on Tuesday, four-star prospect Derek Dixon set an official visit date to North Carolina for September.
