Four-star guard includes Arkansas in his final 10 schools

Dorian Jones is one of the top 50 players in the Class of 2025.

Arkansas’ basketball season has been a struggle in 2023-24, but more help could be on the way in the form of a Top-50 player.

Dorian Jones, a Class of 2025 guard from Cleveland, Ohio, named the Razorbacks as one of his top 10 schools on Monday, according to On3. Jones is the No. 47-ranked player in the class, per 247Sports.

As a Class of 2025 player, Jones has two seasons – this current one and the next – of high-school basketball remaining. Arkansas has not yet received any commitments from that class.

In the Class of 2024, the Razorbacks have received commitments from guard Isaiah Elohim and forward Jalen Shelley. Elohim is ranked 42nd and Shelley is No. 65.

Arkansas holds a record of 9-5 overall and 0-1 in the SEC after losing Saturday to Auburn by a Bud Walton Arena-record 32 points. The Hogs’ next game is Wednesday at Georgia.
