The 2024 recruiting cycle is in full swing but 2025 prospect [autotag]Shamar Arnoux[/autotag] is ready to wrap up his recruitment.
The four-star cornerback announced his top eight schools Tuesday and included the Auburn Tigers. They will be battling Arkansas, Michigan, Tennessee, LSU, Texas A&M, Florida State, and Ole Miss for him.
The Alpharetta, Georgia product also told Jeremy Johnson of On3 that his commitment is likely “coming soon.”
Auburn offered him a scholarship on Jan. 28 when he took an unofficial visit to the Plains. The 6-foot-1, 175-pounder has visited multiple times and has connected with defensive back coaches [autotag]Zac Etheridge[/autotag] and [autotag]Wesley McGriff[/autotag].
He is the No. 190 player and No. 23 cornerback in the On3 Industry ranking. He is also the No. 20 player from Georgia.
Auburn already has one commitment in its 2025 class, Opelika defensive lineman [autotag]Malik Autry[/autotag].
