Rhym, who committed to Auburn on Tuesday, is a physical corner who has an ideal frame (6-foot-1, 170 pounds) and athleticism to play corner in the SEC. With the departure of Roger McCreary after this season and the potential departures of Nehemiah Pritchett and Jaylin Simpson after the 2022 season, adding players that can see the field soon is critical.
Rhym is rated as the No. 21 corner and No. 168 overall recruit in the country in the 247Sports Composite. The Valdosta, Georgia native was also ranked as the 21st player in the state of Georgia.
