Friday night will unofficially tip off the 2023-24 UNC Basketball schedule with the Live Action With Carolina Basketball event. The event will feature both the men’s and women’s programs including scrimmages, introductions, skits and more.
With excitement in the air, it will be a big event and get us all in the mood for basketball.
The event will not only attract fans but there will be some special visitors on campus in terms of recruits. One of the recruits in the building is a four-star power forward in the 2025 class.
Per Houston Wilson, four-star recruit Jackson Keith will be on an unofficial visit during the program. Wilson is a power forward from Durham, North Carolina who has 19 offers so far.

Wilson has been on North Carolina’s radar for a while now as they set up their 2025 recruiting board. He’s become a priority in terms of in-state recruits for the program and getting him on campus is big for the event.
Traditionally, the Tar Heels use the event to promote the program and hopefully impress recruits. He will be one of a few recruits at the event.
