The Florida Gators are likely to get a hot start on the 2025 recruiting trail with a three-star recruit announcing his commitment date.
Four-star cornerback [autotag]Jett White[/autotag] told 247Sports that he’ll be choosing his college destination at the All-American Bowl on Jan. 6.
The high school junior is still pondering his decisions, but he’s narrowed his list down to 10 favorites with the Florida Gators included.
“The date is locked in but I’m still trying to figure out my decision,” White said. “It’s a day-to-day process for me but I’m confident I’ll have it locked in by the 6th.”
White likes what he sees in Florida, especially the program’s future potential.
“They’re on the rise and recruiting is going really well,” White said. “I don’t think it will be long before they’re back on top.”
The Gators are currently No. 32 in overall 2025 recruiting but there is more than ample time to make up ground.
White is a 6-foot-1-inch cornerback from Miami, Florida, who’s ranked at No. 270 on the 247Sports composite scale and No. 32 at his position.
