Former Wisconsin defensive lineman Olive Sagapolu signed with the Philadelphia Eagles earlier today. They are his fourth NFL team in five seasons, after spending 2015-2018 in Madison, Wisconsin.
The defensive lineman played 28 total games for the Badgers, totaling 61 tackles, 10 tackles-for-loss, six sacks and one interception. He then went undrafted during the 2019 NFL Draft, signed with the Packers that July before being released by the team before the season, spent two years on the Lions practice squad and finally spent the summer of 2021 with the Atlanta Falcons. His final stop before signing with the Eagles today was with the Pittsburgh Maulers of the USFL where he made a game-winning play in overtime.

The former Badger joins a loaded Eagles defensive line room with the likes of Fletcher Cox, Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis and Milton Williams. He will now battle with other depth pieces for a spot on the 53-man roster.
