Oscar Tshiebwe is one of the most beloved Kentucky basketball players of all-time. The rebounding machine went undrafted in 2023, but signed with the Indiana Pacers.
After a solid first season as a professional in which he was named the G-League Rookie of the Year, the Pacers declined to re-sign Tshiebwe. On Monday, the Utah Jazz scooped the young forward up, signing him to a two-way contract.

At Kentucky, Tshiebwe averaged 17 points and 14 rebounds per game. He was an All-American and the SEC and National Player of the Year in 2022.
He played in eight games with the Pacers in his rookie campaign, and averaged three points and two rebounds in about five minutes per game. His G-League numbers were very good. Tshiebwe led the league in rebounding and had 27 double-doubles.
Utah will be the new home for Tshiebwe as he attempts to play his way into a full-time NBA job. Big Blue Nation is certain to support one of their favorites no matter where he goes.
