While the Golden State Warriors are preparing for the 2020 NBA Draft, Warriors Wire is checking in with former members of the Dubs at Disney World.
After dropping the first two games, the Eastern Conference’s top-seeded Bucks looked like they were on their way to registering their first win of the series in game three.
Heading into the fourth quarter, Miami trailed Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks by 12 points. However, with the chance of dropping their first game of the playoffs, Erik Spoelstra’s squad exploded in the final quarter of game three.
Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo combined for 27 points as the Heat outscored the Bucks 40-13 in the fourth quarter to steal game three, 115-100. Butler led the Heat in scoring in game three with 30 points on 7-of-13 shooting from the field with seven rebounds and six assists.
After leaving game two with an ankle injury, Andre Iguodala was back on the floor for the Heat in game three against the Bucks. The former Warriors sixth man tallied six points on 2-of-2 shooting from beyond the arc. In 11 minutes, Iguodala added three rebounds and three assists. The veteran forward’s six points was his high in the series against the Bucks.
