Arkansas will kick off its 2024 football season on Thursday against Arkansas–Pine Bluff. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. EDT and will be televised by ESPNU.
The in-state matchup will be contested at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Following the 2023 season, two Tennessee student-athletes, defensive back Doneiko Slaughter and offensive lineman Addison Nichols, transferred to Arkansas and are now listed as starters for Thursday.
Slaughter appeared in 43 games for the Vols from 2020-23, recording 87 tackles, 5.5 tackles for a loss, three sacks, one interception and seven pass deflections.
Nichols appeared in 14 games for the Vols from 2022-23.
The Razorbacks will host Tennessee on Oct. 5 at D.W.R. Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
