In Philadelphia, the fourth-seeded 76ers took a 1-0 lead in its best-of-7 NBA Eastern Conference quarterfinal series with a 131-111 victory over No. 5 Toronto at Wells Fargo Center.
Tobias Harris started and played 37 minutes for the 76ers.
He had 26 points, six rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block.
Harris was 9-for-14 from the floor, 3-for-5 from beyond the 3-point arc and 5-for-6 from the free throw line.
In Memphis, the Grizzlies, a second seed in the Western Conference, fell to No. 7 Minnesota, 130-117, at FedEx Forum.
Rookie Yves Pons was not on the active roster for game No. 1 for Memphis.
