One former University of Tennessee basketball player was in action Monday night, helping his respective team to victory as its top scorer.
Former Volunteer Tobias Harris led Philadelphia with 21 points in its, 106-94, win over the Bulls Monday night at United Center in Chicago.
Harris, who started and played 35 minutes for the 76ers (44-21), also pulled down nine rebounds, dished out three assists and recorded two steals against Chicago (26-39).
Harris went 10-for-13 from the floor and was a perfect 1-for-1 from the free throw line.
The win was the the fifth consecutive victory for the 76ers, who are currently atop the NBA Eastern Conference standings. Philadelphia has a one-game lead over the Brooklyn Nets.
