One former Vol played in the NBA Playoffs Saturday, helping his team take a 3-0 lead in its Eastern Conference quarterfinal series.
Tobias Harris had a double-double as Philadelphia defeated the Wizards, 132-103, at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.
Harris scored 20 points and pulled down 13 rebounds for the top-seeded 76ers.
Philadelphia can close out the series with a victory in Washington on Monday.
Tipoff for Game 4 is slated for 7 p.m. EDT and the game will be televised on TNT.
Harris also had five assists in Saturday’s contest for the 76ers.
He went 8-for-14 from the floor and went 2-for-3 from beyond the 3-point arc. The former Vol was a perfect 2-for-2 from the free throw line.
