Former Vols in the NBA: March 4 recap

How former Vols fared in the NBA Friday.

Two former University of Tennessee basketball players competed in the NBA on Friday. Both made contributions in their respective teams’ victories.

In Philadelphia, the 76ers defeated Cleveland, 125-119, at Wells Fargo Center.

Tobias Harris started at forward for Philadelphia against the Cavaliers.

He played 38 minutes and recorded 15 points, four rebounds, one steal and one assist.

Harris was 7-for-16 from the floor and 0-for-5 from beyond the 3-point arc. He was a perfect 1-for-1 from the free throw line.

Orlando outlasted the Raptors in Toronto, notching a 103-97 victory at Scotiabank Arena.

Admiral Schofield played nine minutes for the Magic. He had six points and five rebounds.

Schofield was 2-for-6 from the field, 0-for-2 from beyond the 3-point arc and 2-for-2 from the free throw line.
