One former University of Tennessee basketball player was in action in the NBA Tuesday night. His team suffered a road loss.
Tobias Harris scored 12 points for Philadelphia in its 104-95 loss to the Nuggets at Ball Arena in Denver on Tuesday.
The Nuggets had a 44-22 lead after the first quarter.
From there, Denver (29-18) never looked back against the 76ers (32-18). Philadelphia entered the contest with the best record in the NBA’s Eastern Conference.
Harris also pulled down three rebounds and dished out two assists in the game. He was 6-for-13 from the floor and went 0-for-2 from beyond the 3-point arc.
The former Volunteer also had two steals and two blocks. He started and played 26 minutes.
