Richardson was 6-for-15 from the field, 3-for-5 from beyond the 3-point arc and 2-for-2 from the free throw line.
In San Francisco, Boston defeated Golden State, 110-88, at Chase Center.
Grant Williams played 21 minutes for the Celtics. He had five points, five rebounds and one steal.
Williams was 2-for-2 from the field and 1-for-1 from the free throw line.
In Cleveland, Philadelphia outlasted the Cavaliers, 118-114, at Rocket Mortgage Field House.
Tobias Harris started for the Celtics and played 39 minutes. He had 19 points. six rebounds, three assists and one steal.
Harris was 8-for-13 from the floor and 3-for-6 from long range.
In New York, the Knicks defeated Portland, 128-98, at Madison Square Garden.
Keon Johnson played 18 minutes for the Trail Blazers, recording seven points, two assists, one rebound and one block.
He was 3-for-5 from the floor and 1-for-2 from the free throw line.
