A pair of former University of Tennessee basketball players were in action in the NBA on Sunday.
Tobias Harris and Jordan Bone played and their teams picked up mixed results.
The Philadelphia 76ers remained hot and are the top team in the Eastern Conference as they captured a 119-110 victory over the Pacers in Indianapolis.
Meanwhile, the Magic came up on the short end of a 115-102 decision against the Raptors in Toronto.
Harris led the 76ers to victory against Indiana as he led Philadelphia with 27 points.
Harris, who started and played more than 30 minutes, was 10-for-19 from the floor. He was 2-for-5 from beyond the 3-point arc and was a perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line.
He also pulled down eight rebounds and had one blocked shot for the 76ers (15-6).
In Toronto, Bone played three minutes in Orlando’s loss to the Raptors.
He had three points, a pair of assists and one rebound for the Magic, who dropped to 8-13 on the season. Bone was 1-for-2 from the field and made a 3-pointer in two attempts from beyond the arc.
