One former University of Tennessee basketball player was in action in an NBA game Thursday night and he helped his squad pick up a victory over one of the top teams.
Josh Richardson scored 14 points to help the Mavericks notch a, 116-101, victory over Milwaukee Thursday night at American Airlines Center.
Richardson recorded five rebounds and four assists for Dallas (29-22). He also had two steals and one block against the Bucks (32-19).
The former Volunteer was 6-for-16 from the floor, but he struggled from long range as he went 0-for-6 from beyond the 3-point arc. He was a perfect 2-for-2 from the free throw line.
