According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, the Tennessee Titans are signing the veteran quarterback to a one-year deal worth up to $3.62 million.
The 2019 third-round pick finished his career in Pittsburgh with 3,085 yards and 19 touchdowns in 21 games (13 starts).
