Former Steeler Antonio Brown throws serious shade at Kenny Pickett

Antonio Brown trashed the idea of Kenny Pickett starting at quarterback for the Steelers this season.

Maybe he’s just saying the quiet part out loud but when know when it comes to former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, there is no quiet part. Brown has been unabashed in his criticism of his former team since he got himself traded and watched his career slowly fade into obscurity.

But this time, he might not be wrong. Brown threw some real shade at Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett but we suspect this one will go over better with Steeler Nation than some other diatribes about his former team.

The Steelers currently only have Pickett on the roster and as general manager Omar Khan noted, the team typically carries three. Pittsburgh ignored almost all of the quarterback prospects at the NFL Scouting Combine so it really might just be Pickett and some veteran filler behind him. And as Brown so aptly put it, is a legitimate concern.
