The Philadelphia 76ers have been out of the playoffs for a while, but two former members of the franchise are headed back to the NBA Finals. The Miami Heat finished off the Boston Celtics on Sunday night to win the series 4-2.
The leader of the Heat is Jimmy Butler who spent half a season in Philadelphia before he left for Miami in what was initially a head-scratching decision. Instead, he had 22 points and eight rebounds to help the Heat eliminate the Celtics 125-113. The same Celtics team that swept the Sixers back in Round 1.
Another former Sixer, Andre Iguodala, has been in the league now for 16 seasons and he spent the first eight of those with Philadelphia. He showed that he still has some life left in those legs as he scored 15 points while shooting a perfect 4-for-4 from deep.

Butler and Iguodala will lead the Heat to take on LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers inside the bubble in Orlando. Game 1 of the Finals is set for Wednesday. [lawrence-related id=37920,37867,37947]
