Have you ever wanted to know what former Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin has to say about the Nittany Lions. Well, wonder no more. McGloin is set to be a part of a new podcast focusing on Penn Stater football beginning next week.
McGloin will be a part of the new “The PayDirt Podcast,” which is scheduled to share its first episode on Monday. It will dig into the Nittany Lions and other Big Ten topics, according to a press release.
McGloin played for Penn State from 2009-2012, whose career was nothing short of impressive. His best season was in his final year, when he threw for over 3,200 passing yards, 24 touchdowns and just five interceptions. During his time with the Nittany Lions, McGloin went through three different head coaches: Joe Paterno, Tom Bradley and Bill O’Brien.
When it comes to successful Penn State quarterbacks, Matt McGloin will definitely be one of those guys on that list. He came to State College as a walk-on, where he eventually earned himself a scholarship with the team.
