Former Oklahoma target gets released from Letter of Intent

Former Oklahoma Sooners target in the 2021 class, Kendal Daniels of Beggs, Oklahoma, has been released from his LOI with Texas A&M.

The recruiting trail for the 2021 class doesn’t appear to be over just yet. According to multiple reports former Oklahoma Sooners target, Kendal Daniels has been released from his LOI with the Texas A&M Aggies. Daniels is a four-star recruit and one of the top safeties in the country according to his 247Sports profile. The Oklahoma native is likely back on the radar for the Sooners defense.

Daniels is the No. 1 player out of the state of Oklahoma and his profile shows that the Sooners, as well as the Oklahoma State Cowboys, are at the top of the list for him. It would be quite an addition to the 2021 recruiting cycle for Lincoln Riley and Alex Grinch. Daniels would be another defensive back that could find his way into the rotation in 2021 and beyond.
