Former Oklahoma standout Cade Davis will be joining Oklahoma’s staff as a graduate assistant for the upcoming season, the school announced on Thursday.
Davis played for the Sooners from 2007-2011, and appeared in the NCAA tournament two times in his career with OU.
The 6-foot-5 guard improved year-by-year in his college career, averaging 3.7 ppg his freshman year, and 14.2 his senior season. An Elk City product, Davis shot 40% from the field through his career with OU.
Davis has played overseas for the past decade, averaging 12.2 ppg in an eight year career in Belgium. Last year, he scored 20.8 ppg for the Kuala Lumpur Dragons of the ABL.
After a decade of playing overseas, Cade Davis is back in Norman. He joins OU's staff as a graduate assistant.
