It’s been an uneasy year for many former Michigan players, as several have passed away well before their time.
On the football side Craig Roh and Obi Ezeh died this year, and Darius Morris passed away on the basketball side.
Another is gone far too early, and it’s a Michigan native who never quite matriculated during his short time in Ann Arbor.
You may remember Andre Seldon as the first commitment of the 2020 class, having pledged in the summer of 2018. His time with the Wolverines was short as he hit the transfer portal after the 2021 season, having only appeared in two games in this two years. He played in 26 games for New Mexico State, but transferred this offseason to Utah State. The Aggies announced his untimely death.

Seldon played his high school ball at Belleville (Mich.), one of the few to come from that program in that stint to the maize and blue.
