Former LSU beach volleyball stars [autotag]Taryn Kloth[/autotag] and [autotag]Kristen Nuss[/autotag] have remained teammates on the international stage, competing as a pair for the United States at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where they rank second in the world and are among the favorites to take home the gold.
It’s been a nice start to pool play for Kloth and Nuss. They opened the Games with a win on Saturday in straight sets against Canada, and they earned another victory in impressive fashion against an Australian team featuring 2020 silver medalists Mariafe Artacho del Solar and Taliqua Clancy, winning both sets 21-16 on Monday to move to 2-0.
And with another straight-set sweep, #TKNUSA 🇺🇸 is 2-0 in Olympic Pool Play ✨@tkloth10 x @kristennuss97 pic.twitter.com/hjkYDwPhIB
