While it’s been hard for fans to press on the last three weeks without NFL football, the Extreme Football League as done a good job keeping the nation occupied with professional football.
Several Jacksonville Jaguars have been making their mark during the return of Vince McMahon’s revamping of the XFL, and Week 3 was no exemption. This time around the former Jag who turned heads was Los Angeles Wildcats receiver Tre McBride, who accumulated five receptions, 109 yards, and two touchdowns Sunday against the DC Defenders.

Ultimately, McBride and the Wildcats went on to win the game by a score of 39-9. McBride’s total was the highest receiving total of the game and it came despite him being ruled questionable with a thigh injury.
As most Jags fans are aware, McBride spent last offseason with the Jags and was close to making the team as a No. 6 receiver. That’s exactly why it’s not surprising to see him making a name for himself in the XFL and proving he could be one of the league’s elites at the receiver position.
