Unfortunate news from ACC country has come out as former Florida State football standout Travis Rudolph has been arrested on charges of first-degree murder as well as attempted first-degree murder.
Rudolph, a former five-star recruit for the Seminoles, is currently being held without bail at the Palm Beach County Jail.
Exact details remain unknown as to what exactly happened late Tuesday into Wednesday morning but a total of four people were said to have been shot at by Rudolph, one being killed while another was struck and injured. The other two, fortunately, did not get hit.
Rudolph played for the Seminoles from 2014-2016, pulling down over 2300 career receiving yards and 18 touchdowns, one of which came in the thrilling 2014 game against Notre Dame.
Rudolph spent time in the NFL with the New York Giants and as a member of the Miami Dolphins practice squad before football took him to Canada where he played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
