Jay Ajayi is no longer a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, but he’ll still be in the City of Brotherly Love, and he’ll still continue to play football, sort of.
The former Eagles running back is now joining Major League Soccer as the Philadelphia Union announced it signed Ajayi to represent the club as a professional online FIFA player.

The 26-year-old Ajayi is an NFL free agent but he looked like a shell of himself this season with the Eagles and could decide to call it a career.
The 2020 eMLS Cup campaign is set to kick off with a tournament in Philadelphia this weekend.
