Reid entered Sunday with the most wins in NFL history without winning the Super Bowl and now stands one win away from hoisting a Lombardi Trophy.
Patrick Mahomes was 23 0f 35 for 294 yards and three touchdowns and helped the Chiefs climb out of an early 17-7 deficit at home.
The Chiefs will play the winner of the Green Bay Packers-San Francisco 49ers NFC championship game in Super Bowl LIV on Feb. 2.
