Full roster training camp is getting underway for the Raiders this weekend and there may be a new face among them soon. The team hosted former Bengals and Patriots running back Jeremy Hill for a visit according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
Here's an interesting one: former Bengals RB Jeremy Hill visited the Raiders, per source. He was out of the NFL last season.
A reminder: teams are only permitted to bring players in for a visit right now if there is a legitimate intention to possibly sign them.

Hill was a second-round pick by the Bengals in the 2014 draft. After three pretty good seasons in Cincinnati in which he averaged 919 yards and nearly ten touchdowns per season, he was lost to injury and later signed with the Patriots. He didn’t play in the NFL last season.
What’s interesting here is another report that Raiders new running back Devontae Booker tested positive for COVID-19. The same day as the report, Jon Gruden said to his knowledge no Raiders players had tested positive.
If both Gruden and the report are to be believed, the head coach was soon notified of it, which would have prompted him to seek a replacement in Hill, at least until Booker could return.
