Former Alabama defensive lineman Braylen Ingraham announced that he is transferring to Syracuse via his Twitter account. Ingraham spent three seasons with the program before missing this past season after medically retiring due to a knee injury.
Ingraham recently graduated from Alabama. It is unclear how many years of eligibility he has remaining. However, he was listed as a redshirt sophomore on Alabama’s official website for this season.
Ingraham recorded five tackles over the course of three seasons in Tuscaloosa. He will now be headed to a Syracuse program that finished the season with a 7-5 record. It will be interesting to see how he performs elsewhere.
