Florida football receiver Eugene “Tre” Wilson III will be a game-time decision in Week 3 against the Texas A&M Aggies, CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz reports.
Wilson had been listed on the Gators’ injury report as questionable all week due to a lower-body injury.
The sophomore was limited in practice on Tuesday but practiced on Thursday.
Here’s what Zenitz said on Swamp247 about the latest on Wilson’s status.
“Game-time decision but the outlook progressively improved during the last few days and there’s at least some optimism entering the day regarding his availability.”
Wilson had a career-high 141 receiving yards against Samford last week on six receptions. He also scored an 85-yard touchdown which was Florida’s longest since 2017.
