The Florida Gators officially signed a three-star commit from Orlando, Florida.
Class of 2024 shooting guard [autotag]Isaiah Brown[/autotag] etched his name on the bottom line Wednesday morning, stating that he’ll join head coach Todd Golden and his squad next season. Golden says he’s elated to have Brown sign with Florida.
“We are thrilled to welcome Isaiah into our basketball program here at the University of Florida,” Golden said. “He’s an exceptional young man who possesses many of the qualities we look for when we recruit. First and foremost, he’s a winner who has been successful in every setting we’ve evaluated him in. He is a leader and has an infectious personality that unites his teams.”
Brown helped Orlando Christian Prep to a 25-4 record last season while averaging 18.6 points per game.
“As a player, he’s a relentless attacker of the rim in transition and has a knack for making winning plays on both ends.” Golden said. “We are really happy to add him to our team.”
Brown is a three-star shooting guard on the 247Sports scale, ranking at No. 105 nationally and No. 25 at his position. He will graduate from Orlando Christian Prep in 2024.
