CBS Sports ranked the top 100 players in the NFL, and the Vikings are well represented on both sides of the ball.
Defensive end Danielle Hunter ranked No. 25 on the list, the highest placement of any Vikings player. Safety Harrison Smith was the next highest at No. 37.
Running back Dalvin Cook was the highest-ranked Minnesota player on offense, earning the 44th spot.
Then, linebacker Eric Kendricks came in at No. 61.
Quarterback Kirk Cousins made the list, too. Coming in at No. 86.
Though the Vikings did have a good number of players in the top 100 rankings, there were some notable snubs. Safety Anthony Harris did not make the ranks, and neither did wide receiver Adam Thielen.
There were 15 wide receivers on the list of top 100 players. Including Smith, there were six safeties on the list in the top 100.
Harris was, however, under the names that just missed the rankings. You can see all of CBS Sports’ top 100 players, followed by a list of players who just missed the list, here.
