Tigers defense continues to improve
One area on the court where LSU struggled early in the season was on defense. LSU would allow teams to come back and make games close.
But as of late, the defense has looked real impressive. Against Ole Miss, the Tigers gave up 61 points, which marks the third time out of 10 games this season that LSU has allowed under 65 points.
Rebels lead scorer Devontae Shuler scored just two points on 0-of-9 shooting in 26 minutes of court time.
Coming into the game, Shuler led the team in scoring with 13 points per game.
The Tigers forced 20 Rebels turnovers and never allowed Ole Miss to hold a lead in the game.
