Well, that was ugly.
The Tigers shot absolutely abysmal in a 58-52 against the South Florida Bulls. Auburn started the game by turning the ball over. Then it was the poor shooting that put the Tigers down by double digits. Then, it was ferocious defense from the Tigers that held South Florida to just 19 points in the second half after the Bulls were up by 7 at the break.
It was gutsy, it was physical, and quite honestly, outside of the first few minutes of the game, it wasn’t particularly sloppy. Both teams only had 10 turnovers apiece. Just neither team shot well.
