Five keys to Colorado’s home matchup against USC

Colorado is looking to right the ship tonight

Coming off an empty-handed three-game road trip that concluded with an embarrassing loss at Cal, Colorado men’s basketball head coach Tad Boyle hopes to get his Buffs back on track in their return to the CU Events Center on Saturday against USC.

The Trojans haven’t had too much recent success, either, as a loss to Washington State on Wednesday night dropped them to 8-8 on the season and 2-3 in Pac-12 play. To add insult to injury, it was announced that star freshman Isaiah Collier will be missing the next four to six weeks due to a hand injury he suffered in the loss.

With Bronny James expected to see a bigger role for USC due to injuries, the 11-5 Buffaloes look to protect their home court in front of what’s expected to be one of their biggest crowds of the year.

Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. MT on ESPNU.
